A word of caution if you hire independent cleaners, ensure they know the cleaning requirements for your need countertops, new hardwood or laminate floors and any other special surfaces you have installed during your renovation. Using the wrong cleaning products can drastically harm or ruin today's surfaces. Be sure to keep care and ask the right questions.
Our renovation cleaning service starts off with an in-home, no obligation, estimate. It's an opportunity to ask us all sorts of questions. What do we use on stone countertops, how do we clean your new tile or laminate floor. We supply all the tools and cleaning equipment to care for new surfaces. We don't use chemicals, bleaches, acids or abrasives. Our products are green, eco-friendly, gentle and safe for use around children and pets. Ask us about our product liability insurance certificate. We would be happy to make you comfortable while taking care of your home.
The Process
The process starts with the estimate. Maret personally visits each home. No "over the phone" or "email" quotations. How is anyone going to see the new stone countertop, the stainless steel appliances, the limestone countertops, or the new bamboo carpet?
Ask for an in-home estimate. Any cleaning company should be offering one, at your convenience. You paid alot of money to have the renovations done, we need to take care of your new home when cleaning. Maret will guide you through the process, step by step. First the estimate, then scheduling staff and equipment.
Cleaning Day - We will show up early, about 15 mins prior to start time. We're organized and rarring to go. The next step is to get you off to work, leave the dirty work to us.
Completion - We're finished, we walk through the home together. We'll show you what was done, how clean and sparkling everything looks. It's over now, you have your home back. You can rest now, the job is done. We pack up and we're on our way.
